Boiling Pot Brewing Co.

Boiling Pot is the first headland in Noosa National Park – It’s hard to miss, with views from the North Shore to Tea Tree Bay and out to infinity across the Pacific.

If you’re into brewing then you might also know a Boiling Pot as the giant vessel we cook up our beer in. Founded by Noosa local John Scott Madill, BPBC looks after locals and visitors who drop in to our Noosaville tap room to while away a sunny afternoon or to pick up a six-pack, or two, of our locally designed tinnies. We brew our beer out the back of our tap room, so our guests get it straight from the source.

We are delighted to announce the return of John and the Boiling Pot Brewing Co team to Noosa Polo and Provedores. You can spot John and his team serving your beloved beverages in the pavilions and general admission areas.

Gaucho House

Gaucho House is dedicated to offering the finest handmade Polo belts created by master artisans, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship with meticulous attention to detail, and stunning colour combinations.

Our products bring a fresh, innovative aesthetic to the Australian market, suitable for those who prefer cutting-edge designs or classic, timeless styles. Whatever your preference, Gaucho House has something to suit your taste.

Champagne Bollinger

Champagne Bollinger was established in 1829 and is one of the last family Champagne Houses (nearly 200 years of Heritage).

This Champagne House produces pinot noir dominant champagnes, they are great wines with a powerful and refined style. This truly unique taste is the result of a particular affinity for the elegance of pinot noir, uncompromising excellence, an exceptional vineyard and traditional craftsmanship handed down through the generations with the utmost care since 1829.

The Pomona Distilling Co story isn’t just about a distillery, it’s about a community that looks after each other, it’s about showcasing Pomona to the world and creating a concept and product that focuses on quality not quantity.

You won’t find pallets of product at their farm, you’ll find hand-crafted bottles of premium spirits, purified with activated charcoal and aged appropriately to allow the botanicals the respect and journey they deserve. This story has been 40 years in the making for Master Distiller and owner, Robin Yates. His passion for the alchemy of spirits goes back to his old Uni days of distilling in the back of the chemistry lab while studying to be an Industrial Chemist.
