Ticketing Terms

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By purchasing a ticket to Polo & Provedores event you acknowledge and agree to the below Terms and Conditions. 
2. Only tickets purchased through Humantix will be accepted.
3. You acknowledge that is a licensed event and no BYO alcohol is permitted to be brought into the venue. We reserve the right to search cars, bags and attendees’ possessions to protect the conditions of the liquor license.
4. If the Event is cancelled by an act of God, or any other reason outside of our control, there is no right of refund or exchange, nor any obligation to arrange a substitute Event.
5. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Event for any reason.  In the event of the cancellation in advance of the Event, you will be offered a refund for the face value of the ticket purchased. In the event of the cancellation or postponement due to Government direction, we reserve the right to reschedule the Event and offer a ticket exchange to the rescheduled event.
6. We reserve the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute activities and may vary advertised programs, prices, venues or seating arrangements. No refunds will be made in this case.
7. By attending the Event, you acknowledge that your image may be captured at the event you consent to the broadcast of your image without restriction.
8. Tickets are non refundable.
9. All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
10. If you received your tickets as a prize or gift, these Terms & Conditions apply to use of tickets.
