This service is provided by Ghost Air on behalf of Noosa Polo & Provedores – Ghost Air provides this service according to the T&Cs below –

• Flight times will be confirmed closer to the day.
  
• Helicopter flight offered is from Sunshine Coast Airport to Noosa Polo.
• Passengers will be seated with other guests, 4-5 pax per flight.
• Every effort will be made to ensure you travel with family and friends.
• If the event is rescheduled to a different date you will still have a ticket for helicopter arrival on new date.
• If you are unable to travel on new date a refund will be issued to paying customers less administration fee.
• Due to weather or safety we reserve the right to cancel the flight.
  If weather or safety causes cancellation those guests who have paid will be issued a full refund.
• Cancelations up to 24 hours prior will forfeit a refund.
  
• The Noosa Ghost Air VIP Flight Transfers are NOT return transfer.
• Helicopter flight includes a bus transfer back to Sunshine Coast Airport
